Meet your new partner in nutrition.
About me
My personal journey with nutrition started young. I grew up a dancer, which sparked my interest in food and movement, but also exposed me to the realities of negative body image and diet culture. That experience is a big part of why I chose this career—to help others break free from harmful patterns, build a positive relationship with food, and feel empowered in their nutrition choices.
Over the last two years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in outpatient oncology, inpatient acute care, and 1:1 telenutrition sessions. No matter the setting, the thing I’ve loved most is connecting with people, helping them cut through the overwhelm, and seeing firsthand how nutrition can truly transform lives.
I believe nutrition should be personal, practical, and designed to fit your life — not the other way around. My approach is built around real conversations, thoughtful strategies, and steady support so you can feel better in your body and build habits that actually stick.
My ultimate goal is to empower clients I get to work with to transform their relationship with food, optimize their health and wellness, and embrace sustainable, nourishing habits that support a thriving life.
Outside of work, I’m a Vermont native now living in Texas with my husband (newlyweds!) and our two pets. I love finding new restaurants, going for walks with my dog, exercising at the gym, reading a good book, and grabbing/making a strong cup of coffee or matcha latte. And of course, I’m always down for a good couch session with a binge-worthy show.

Core values
-
I believe in progress, not perfection. Life is messy and health is personal — my goal is to meet you where you are, offer grace, and celebrate small wins along the way. You don’t need to be perfect to be healthy. In fact, being so focused on perfection can actually hinder your progress. Here’s to leaving perfectionism behind (reminding myself of that, too)!!
-
Your health journey should be rooted in real science, not trends or one-size-fits-all advice. I tailor every recommendation to your unique body, goals, and lifestyle using the latest research and best practices. With the ever changing nature of nutrition science, it is possible that there are things I might be less familiar with the current evidence on, but I am always committed to finding out what you need to know and translating what it means to you.
-
True health is about more than numbers on a scale or what’s on your plate. Fad diets and quick fixes neglect to acknowledge that your life is more than just what you eat! I look at the full picture — sleep, stress, movement, mental health, and relationships with food and body — to support you as a whole person.
-
I’m here to help you understand the why behind your nutrition choices so you can make confident, informed decisions for yourself. My goal is to leave you feeling equipped to thrive in any situation, not dependent on food rules.
-
There’s no room for guilt or judgment in this space. I provide a safe, supportive environment where you can show up as you are, be honest about your struggles, and get the guidance you deserve without fear of criticism.

What clients are saying
Why a registered dietitian?
-
We complete a bachelor’s (and now often a master’s) degree in nutrition science with background in biology, physiology, and medical nutrition therapy.
Translation: We study how food affects your body, health, and chronic conditions on a clinical level — not just weight loss trends or meal plans. -
We complete over 1,000 hours of hands-on, supervised clinical experience in hospitals, outpatient clinics, food service, and community settings.
Translation: We learn how to safely and effectively support real people with real health concerns in a variety of settings while gaining experience in the many different settings where nutrition plays a crucial role in health and well-being. -
Before earning the title of RD/RDN, we pass a nationally accredited exam testing our knowledge in medical nutrition therapy, clinical practice, ethics, and nutrition counseling.
Translation: You’re working with a qualified, licensed healthcare professional — not someone who just took an online course. -
Registered Dietitians are the only nutrition professionals legally allowed to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) — evidence-based nutrition care for managing or improving medical conditions.
Translation: If you have diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, GI issues, or other health concerns — we’re trained and credentialed to safely help.
-
Registered Dietitians are held to strict ethical, professional, and clinical standards to protect your health and wellbeing. We’re also required to complete continuing education every year to stay current with the latest research and best practices.
Translation: You’re getting trustworthy, science-backed guidance from a licensed healthcare professional who’s accountable to both medical and professional boards — not someone potentially promoting personal opinions or trends.
