Follow-Up Session (45-60 minutes)

Follow-up sessions are for ongoing support, where we troubleshoot, refine your plan, and keep you moving toward your goals. Whether it’s navigating challenges, celebrating wins, or adjusting your strategy as life happens — I’m here to support you.

Best for: clients who have completed an initial appointment and are seeking ongoing support, accountability, and fine-tuning your nutrition approach.
